A Collage

I used to make collages as part of my writing brainstorming, so I thought I’d show you the one I made for The Laird’s Bride.

I still like it. The only part I don’t like is the topless guy in the kilt. I don’t understand why I used it — maybe all the images I found of guys in kilts looked too formal. I can’t remember — I made this around 10 years ago.

But the black-faced sheep, the twin lambs, the sheepdog, the images of the girl and the two male faces (for one hero) as well as the Scottish surrounds really still fit the story, I think.

Anne – having now read the story, I think the topless kilt guy could have been your inspiration for Cameron’s cousins!
