Paperback problems
Firstly thank you to all those who’ve bought and read A BRIDE FOR MARCUS. I’ve been delighted with the reviews. Thank you to all those who left ratings and/or reviews.
The paperbacks have been a bag of trouble though. Or should I say, a box.
I’m so sorry that people have had trouble buying the paperback. As I’ve said before, the distributer messed up and though I’ve chased it up and things are moving again, it’s slow. But a few places have it.
In the USA Abe Books has it:

Amazon USA has it, available from 9th March.

Amazon Canada has it.

Amazon UK has it, though delivery might be slow, I gather.

The paperback is available on amazon Australia. PLEASE NOTE — When I first published this link, the book was around $22 – then it suddenly changed to $48 !!! I’ve done my best to change it back, so maybe wait until it’s a more reasonable price.

I spoke to someone at Abbeys and Galaxy Bookshops (in Sydney) who said they will have it shortly but it might take a couple of weeks to arrive. And it won’t be cheap.
I’ve had no luck with other bookstores in the UK. That’s not to say they might not be able to get them in. But start checking your usual book supplier. I’m not sure how long it will take, but it’s definitely happening.
You can also ask any bookshop to order in the book. Give them these details:
Anne Gracie
A Bride for Marcus
ISBN 9780645015188
The distributer is Ingram.
Again, I’m so very sorry for the difficulties. I’ve had no problems with previous paperbacks distributed by this company in the past, but this has been a headache all round. Thank you so much for your patience.

Thanks for keeping your readers updated on A Bride For Marcus. I am eagerly awaiting a copy.
Thanks, Carolyn. The paperback price on Australian amazon is crazy though, so I’ve done what I can to reduce it.
No apologies needed, Anne – supply chain issues seem to be everywhere these days! So happy to see all the positive reviews, and added mine to the many!
Constance I saw your review — many thanks. I’m delighted you enjoyed it.
I’m afraid that getting paperbacks into bookshops is a nightmare in the UK. I had a crime talk booked, the bookseller ordered the books. Weeks later, on the day of the talk he had an email from the distributor asking for the ISBN number. It was a response to his email – with the ISBN # clearly provided. Thankfully, my publisher had come up with a couple of boxes of the book. I hope your distribution gets sorted.
Thanks, Liz. I really am at a loss. And the paperback price on amazon Australia was nearly $50 !!! So I’ve done what I could to drop it — will be publishing those at a loss, I’m afraid. It was so much easier when I self-published my novellas. They were paperback too, but this time . . . (shakes head)
Can hardly wait to order mine
Thanks, Joan. If you’re in Australia, and shopping for the paperback on amazon, wait a while until the price drops to something more reasonable than nearly $50.
