and Favourite Couple from a romance published in 2016 (Flynn and Daisy).
As well I’m a finalist in Favourite Australian Romance Author 2016
Read the full list of ARRA finalists here.

The ARRA awards will be announced at the ARRA convention in Melbourne on Saturday 25 February.  In the meantime, thank you to ARRA and all the members who nominated and voted for my book. I’m hugely honoured.

2017 will see the start of a new series for me— Marry In Haste comes out in May 2017.  I’ll put out more information on it soon. You can pre-order it here.

The ARRA book signing

ARRA stands for the Australian Romance Readers Association, a group of enthusiastic and prolific readers who love romance — of all kinds. Every second year they have a conference, and an  awards dinner in the alternate years. In March I attended the awards dinner and was delighted (and a little overwhelmed) to win four awards. I blogged about it here.

ARRA also holds a big signing at the annual Romance Writers of Australia conference, which in 2016 is in Adelaide. I’ll be there and Ill also be signing copies of my new book — THE SUMMER BRIDE, which comes out on July 5th.

The treasure hunt, in which free tickets to the signing were given away is now finished and the winners notified. I hope you were successful.

If you missed out, you can still buy a ticket to the signing. They’re on sale here:

I hope to see you at the ARRA signing,

ARRA Awards

I’ve been smacked by a friend for forgetting to put this news up here on my blog. My excuse is that I was traveling, but I’m home now, and so . . .

I went to the ARRA (Australian Romance Readers Association) Awards night in Sydney a couple of weeks ago, and was thrilled to receive four awards:

Strongest heroine (Jane Chance in The Spring Bride)

Favorite Historical (The Spring Bride)

Favorite Continuing Romance Series (The Chance Sisters)

and Favorite Australian Romance Author.

So here’s a picture of me,  grinning like a loon on the night.

It was a huge honor — these awards are voted on by readers — and the full list of finalists is here.

So it was a very exciting night for me and topped off a wonderful day where I had high tea with a bunch of lovely readers, and then the dinner.

Thank you to ARRA for organizing these awards and events. Congratulations to all the other winners and finalists — the  list of winners is here
